• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to optimize production efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Represent the company at regional events and client meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in production, preferably in activated carbon or chemical manufacturing.
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards (ASTM), and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
